Carroll Properties, Inc. is a real estate firm that specializes in the development of residential housing. Carroll Is the successor company to a family owned real business, Richard King Realtors. Founded in 1942, King Realtors earned a reputation for hard work and integrity,  the underlying philosophy of Carroll Properties and its principals today.

Carroll develops multi-family properties for its own account, for public syndication and/or private placements. Historically, many of the company’s developments utilized public funding sources, FHA insurance, tax exempt bonds, various housing and historic tax credits, etc, in their capital structures.
